Results tab
The third tab is used for recording the summary of the results of the audit. This can also be
accompanied by comments on the various items that appear in the auditor’s report.
An external audit may be closed by an Administrator when satisfied that all required corrective
and/or preventive action has been taken.
Actions/Improvements tab
The third tab holds any Actions and Improvements that are related to the audit. They are created
by selecting the “Add Action” button or the “Add Improvement” button. The Actions only get
added to the Actions/Improvements tab when they have been raised and saved.
The blue preview lines denote the Actions required in the Action and Improvement and are only
shown if the Auto-Preview preference is set.
