b) When programming, assume that workpiece does not move and a tool moves around it.

3.3.2.1 Least input increment and least command unit
1) Least input increment (input unit)
The least unit of tool travel specified in a command tape. This value is in mm or inches.
2) Least command unit (output unit)
The least unit of command that the NC can give to the machine tool, in mm or inches. One of
