The standard version has a shaft
housing with keyway. Two other options
are also available.
- with drive shaft;
- with drive shaft and coupling.

Le pulegge sono alloggiate in due
testate identiche che vengono poi
saldamente connesse al modulo (la
presenza di due pulegge motorizzabili
rende molto versatile il montaggio,
infatti il cliente potrà motorizzare
indistintamente una o l’altra a seconda
della configurazione). L’estruso di
alluminio utilizzato per realizzare le
testate è il medesimo del corpo del
modulo.
The pulleys are inside two identical
heads which are connected by screws
to the aluminium profile (two driving
pulleys allow a versatile mounting, in
fact the customer will motorise either of
them according to the best
configuration).
The heads are made of the same
aluminium profile used for the body of
the actuator.
Die Riemenscheiben befinden sich in
zwei identischen Umlenkköpfen, die mit
Schrauben am Aluminiumprofil
befestigt sind (zwei Antriebsscheiben
ermöglichen eine vielseitige Montage;
der Kunde kann je nach bestmöglicher
Konfiguration eine von beiden antreiben).
Die Köpfe werden aus dem gleichen
Aluminiumprofil gefertigt wie der
Achskörper.
Il dispositivo di tensionamento della
cinghia è posto sul carrello mobile.
Il tensionamento è realizzato mediante
una vite che consente di variare la
tensione della cinghia dentata (la vite
viene “nascosta” da due piastrine di
chiusura montate sul carrello esterno).
Sulla faccia laterale del carrello si
possono notare due fori per il
passaggio dei grani di bloccaggio della
vite di tensionamento.
The belt-tensioning device is on the
carriage.
It is fixed by screws that allows to set
different tension values. Two plates
mounted to the carriage hide the
tensioning screws.
On one side of the carriage you can
easily see two holes for the set-screws
(to change the tension of the belt you
have to loosen the set-screws).
Die Riemenspannvorrichtung befindet
sich am Laufwagen.
Sie wird von Schrauben gehalten, mit
denen die Riemenspannung verändert
werden kann. Die Schrauben befinden
sich hinter Platten an den Wagenenden.
An einer Seite des Laufwagens sind
zwei Bohrungen für die Gewindestifte zur
Fixierung der Spannschrauben gut
zu sehen (zur Änderung der Riemenspannung die Gewindestifte lösen).
La versione standard ha la sede per
l’albero con linguetta; sono disponibili
anche altre due opzioni:
- con albero sporgente per la
connessione al motore;
-
con albero sporgente e giunto
elastico.
