Chapter 6 Preparing handset for use
Reading serial number
The serial number of the handset can be found either on the label behind the battery or by pressing
*99984*3/OK on the handset to be registered. Pressing *99984*3 OK on the handset the serial
number is shown in the display.
Reading serial number on 7420 handsets

Press down the back cover and push it 5 mm (1/5 inch) towards the headset plug.

Lift off back cover.

Lift the battery and read the serial number.
