TROUBLESHOOTING
SYMPTOM: When I press the power button, the SoMo does not turn on.

POSSIBLE REASON
SOLUTION
The SoMo battery does not have adequate
charge.
The SoMo hold switch is on.
Plug the SoMo into AC power or insert a charged battery.
Slide up the hold switch on the left side of the SoMo. If
you have a new SoMo, remove the sticker on top of the
hold switch.
SYMPTOM: I connected the SoMo to a PC via the USB cable, but the SoMo does not charge.

POSSIBLE REASON
SOLUTION
Your SoMo runs Windows Mobile 6 Service
Pack 7 or later and has USB charging
disabled.
Tap Start | Settings | System | Power Plus | Advanced. Select
Enable USB charging and tap ok.
