System Manager’s Quick Reference
Changing the Phone Status
Use this procedure to change the Phone Status of a Mailbox extension. If a
phone is associated with the Mailbox extension, calls are sent to the extension’s
telephone when callers transfer from PARTNER Messaging to that extension. If a
phone is not associated with the Mailbox extension, calls are sent directly to the
extension’s mailbox when callers transfer from PARTNER Messaging to that
extension.
