OnScreenDisplay Class Methods
The methods for the OnScreenDisplay class distributed with this API include:

EnableOSD
Enables or disables the OSD loaded in the LoadBitmap
function.
Initialize
Initializes the current decoder to receive OSD commands.
LoadBitmap
Loads the bitmap file to be used for OSD.
LoadRegion
This method has not been fully implemented.
