ARCOS CONFORT SYSTEM
Arcos Confort is developed to give you a comfortable house with the
possibility to control it as easy or advanced as you like.
What is the Arcos Confort system?
The system consist of floorheating/cooling, airheating/cooling, a central
computer system and thermostats with a build in humidity sensor in
each room.
What does it do?
Floorheating/cooling is by far the most comfortable way to keep your
house at the desired temperature. That makes that Arcos Confort will
always try to use the floor to get/stay on the desired temperature.
Floorheating is at times not fast enough to follow your desires. In that
case the airheating will help the floor to get to the desired temperature.
Once this temperature is reached the airheating will stop.
In summer the humidity might get higher than is comfortable. The floorcooling is not able to lower the humidity. If this happens the aircooling
takes over until the humidity is back to comfortable levels.
The aircooling will also help the floor when the floor does not have
enough cooling capacity.

How does it work?
In every room there is a thermostat. On the thermostat there is a button
that you can turn. Set in the middle the computer will keep this room
at 21 degrees. Between the first of July and the first of September 23
degrees. You can lower the setting with a maximum of 3 degrees by
turning the button anti clockwise and raise the temperature by turning
clockwise.
Can I access the computer?
It is possible to use a webbrowser to get in to the computer. Once connected you are able to not only change the desired temperatures but
also switch off specific rooms, switch off the airheating/cooling in certain rooms or set the system in holiday mode. In holiday mode the temperatures will be set 5 degrees lower in winter and higher in summer.
That way you save energy without risk of your house getting too cold
(damp) or too hot.
You can also access the memory of the computer and see what the temperatures or the humidity have been the last month in each room.
To be able to access the computer it must be connected to your internal
network by connecting it to the router/switch. If you want to reach the
computer from anywhere in the world you must make some settings to
the router to allow it to access the Arcos Confort system. We will gladly
help you with advise how to change these settings.
In the next pages you will find a brief explanation of how to use the
access by webbrowser.

HOW TO ACCES
Type the IP-adress of your system in the browser. You will be directed to
the inlog screen.
Just type your username and password in the dialog boxes , than push
the login buttom. The system will open.

You can change the settings of the
system very easy.

above the temperature and humidity boxes

After you pushed the logo
the dialogbox appears.
When you push the checkbox local
(1), behind the space temperature
setpoint source you go to the remote
mode (2) and you can change the
temperature by clicking + or - : the
red or blue checkbox.

To switch off the heating or cooling
in the room you only have to push
the checkbox behind space in use.

HOLIDAY MODE
Holiday mode
Press Holiday yes/no to switch off the
system when your on holiday or just
a few days away from home.
In this screen you can also switch off
the system for a period or single day
After you pressed the checkbox Holiday yes/no you go to the screen:

Switch system on/off
Go to the folder ‘Manual’ (1) when
you want to turn off the system.
By pushing the checkbox behind
false (2) the dialog box (3) opens.
Choose true to turn the system off. If
you want to turn the system on again
choose false.

Go to the folder ‘Calender’. In this
screen you can swith off the system
for a period or single day.
By pushing the + (1) the dialog box
(2) opens. Here you can choose for a
date range (3) or a single day. (4)
By pressing OK at your selection you
go either to screen (5), when you
want to select a date range, or to
screen (6) when you want to put the
system off for just one day.

By pushing the X (7) at the end of
the selection line you can delete your
selection.
