See Section 5.10, “Synchronized Highlighting” for more information. 10.1.14 Sort Sorting allows chart data to be sorted in a pre-defined order. The data can be sorted ascending, (a-z, 1-10) or descending (z-a, 10-1). Chart data can be sorted on any column by choosing the column in the “Sort On” dropdown menu (see Figure 10-17). Leaving the “Sort On” dropdown blank will draw a chart without sorting, instead pulling the data in the order the data is retrieved from the data source. Figure 10-18 displays unsorted data and Figure 10-19 displays data sorted by city in ascending order.
