The ACX1000 doubles the length of CATx
cable between ServSwitch Single DVI CATx
KVM Extender transmitters and receivers
(ACS4001A-R2-T and ACS4001A-R2-R) or
between these extenders and a ServSwitch
DKM DVI-D KVM Switch (ACX0808, ACX0816,
ACX0832, ACX1616, ACX1632).
The ACX1000-CM converts copper
interconnect cable to multimode fiber
interconnect. Use it in pairs, as the signal
needs to be converted back to copper.
The ACX1000-DM converts dual CATx
interconnect cable to multimode fiber, two in,
two out for dual-head applications or the
equivalent. This product needs to be used
in pairs.
The ACX1000-MS converts multimode
fiber to single-mode to reach distances of
up to 20 kilometers.
The ACX1000-MM enables you to double
the cabling distance between ServSwitch DVI
multimode fiber KVM extender transmitters
and receivers. When it is used with a compatible
extender kit, it extends KVM signals up to
800 meters over 50-micron fiber cable.
