CSC 6300 N-DSC III 121 Data Analysis Close the DSCRun acquisition program. Start the CpCalc program from the Nano-DSC program group. Select Insert⇒Data file from the main menu. Select the Buffer-Sample (GlycineLysozyme) scan data file (Figures 6-7 and 6-8). After selecting the file, all scans for the data will be shown on the graph. Key in the X and Y values you wish to view the data with (Figure 6-9). Select OK when finished. Press ESC to return to the main CpCalc worksheet (Figure 6-10). Move the object insertion point (the small cross on the worksheet) to a position that is clear of other objects by positioning the mouse pointer over the new point and pressing the left mouse button once.
