Visual Pharmacy Plus Software User’s Manual Initial setup Your system will come preloaded with some files, like Physicians, Items, Sigs and Insurance carriers, etc., this will save you time by not having to create them. Mouse You may use your mouse, as with any windows application, to move from field to field and to perform various task. Simply click on the desired field or option. ALT keys Anytime a letter is underlined in a word, it denotes that the Alternate key plus the underlined letter will access the function. Function Keys Several function keys have been created to quickly perform common tasks. Function keys (F keys) are located at the top of the keyboard. Quick Start The following will quickly guide you through entering a prescription and printing an Rx label. Logging in Pharmacist Login. Technician Login. The above sign-on screen will be displayed if you have elected sign-on security in the Configuration Preferences. The Sign-On screen allows users to log onto the system using their personalized system profile. Each user has a unique user name and password. If the proper User name and Password are not entered in three attempts, the user cannot enter the software.
