Performance Steps
aa. Verify Item (27) contains each individual Social Security Number.
ab. Verify Item (28) contains an Organization/location identifier for each person (for example:
USAACE, Ft Rucker, AL).
4. Verify all items of a stopover IFR or composite flight plan adhere to the following provisions
a. No change will be made in the pilot in command.
b. If the original manifest does not list passenger or crew changes at stopover points, changes will
be filed with military installation flight or base operations, FAA flight service, or other competent
authority.
5. File completed flight plan according to the local SOP.
Evaluation Preparation: Setup: In a suitable training environment. Provide the Soldier with completed
flight plans to process and all items listed in the condition statement.
Brief Soldier: Tell the Soldier to verify the correctness and completeness of the flight plan and process
the flight plan according to local procedures. Go over the materials needed to perform the task.

1. Verified all items for completeness of a DD Form 175 for a VFR flight.

flight.

Evaluation Guidance: Score the Soldier GO if all performance steps are passed. Score the Soldier NO­
GO if any performance steps are failed. In case of a NO-GO, brief the Soldier on the deficiency, retrain
the Soldier to perform the step correctly, and reevaluate the task.
