LUDIQUEforIFAs Contact Category Contact Category is used to segment contacts into useful groups for business planning and mail merges. Contact Categories are also used for generating data for GABRIEL reports where clients must be segmented into individuals, businesses, charities and trusts. Additional Contact Categories may be added to the list but care should be taken to ensure that category definitions do not overlap.
