Chapter 2 Processvisualisation - VIADUKT 2 2.2.2 Dynamic objects Objects are said to be dynamic, if one or more of their attributes can be influenced from a PASE controller connected to the VIADUKT. The objects VALUE, BARGRAPH and TEXT VARIABLE are dynamic by definition. These objects can show the content of registers of the PASE controller either as decimal value (VALUE) or graphically (BARGRAPH) or as string (TEXT VARIABLE). Any object can be made dynamic by applying the command DYNAMIC on it. These objects are then able to change their colour dependent on some bit variable of the PASE controller. 2.2.2.1 Value This object displays the content of registers as a decimal numeric string. The numerical value is refreshed continuously. Optionally, a value object can be used to allow input of new values into the specified register by the operator. To define a VALUE object, the start point for the numeric string has to be defined like the start point of a text string. Now a window opens with the "Value parameters" label. Here the data for dynamic definition has to be entered: Register number: Page 14 Number of a register. The content of that register is displayed continuously in automatic mode. Example: The current position of axis 51 is to be displayed. In that case enter 15109 in the register number field. The register number can also be defined indirectly in the same sense as in a PASE controller. To use this feature,
