If you have chosen to track individual user logon history, the Last Logon box at the bottom of the screen
will show you the last time that a user, who has been highlighted on the main Users screen, logged into
ExitCare.
Deactivating Users
Choose the facility for which you wish to display active users under the Active Items tab near the top of the
screen. Select (check the boxes next to the names of) the users to be deactivated. Click Deactivate Checked. In
the Select Datalevel window, select the facility level to which this action applies. Click Yes, then OK.
Reactivating Users
Select the Deactivated Items tab. Select the users to be reactivated. Click Reactivate Checked, click Yes, then
OK.
Edit Highlighted
Choose the facility for which you wish to display active users under the Active Items tab near the top of the
screen. Highlight (click once on) a row of data for a user. Click Edit Highlighted. Make desired changes, and
click Save and Close.
Save Grid Layout
You can rearrange the column headers in the user list data table. To save the new arrangement, click on the
Save Grid Layout button.
Security Settings: Audit Log
The Audit Log screen is used for creating an audit log for all users. Currently 26 events are available for auditing.
Time frame for audit log
In this section of the screen you can search the entire database or specify a specific date range.
Audit Events to load
This section allows you to search all events, or specify the events you wish to search.
Search which facility
If more than one facility uses the software, you can search the data for all facilities, or specific facilities by
checking the boxes next to the names of the facilities you wish to search.
Additional information:
 Once displayed, the data can be grouped and sorted by clicking on the right side of the column
headers and dragging the headers.
 The data can be printed and exported by selecting the relevant icon above the yellow Drag a column
header here… bar.
