Loop Back timing
In this mode, the clock signal recovered from the E1 signal by
the G703-FTEC is used as a reference for the E1 transmit clock. The
clock signal recovered from the T1 signal by the G703-FTEC is used
as a reference for the T1 transmit clock.

T1 recovery timing
In this mode, the clock signal recovered from the T1 signal by
the G703-FTEC is used as a reference for the E1 and T1 transmit
clock generation circuits.
