Ticket List
Here you can create a report of a list of tickets.
Optionally first select 1 or more tickets in the ticket list. If you do not select tickets, all the tickets in the ticket
list will be included in the report. Click on the "Ticket List" menu option in the Report menu. A report window with the details of the selected tickets will be displayed. If you want to print the report, click on the
printer icon in the report toolbar.
Ticket Details
Here you can create a report of all the ticket details.

window with the details of the selected tickets will be displayed. If you want to print the report, click on the
printer icon in the report toolbar.
When printing the report, each ticket will be printed on a separate page.
