Support for loading and displaying 2D and equivalent 3D military symbols Facility to convert data vector layers and overlays to any standard GIS format (like SHP/DGN/Oracle/SQL Server) and vice versa along with related data with vector entities without using any middleware/ translator. (l) DGN, GWS, shape and GML files in a single map window and able to query/ filter across these seamlessly. User can edit (both spatial and attributes) layers if available in MS access, Oracle, SQL server, PostGIS and OGC WFS-T directly without use of any middleware technology. Map Display Support (a) Display of 3D coordinates under mouse cursor I. Latitude and Longitude in multiple modes-Degree, minutes & decimals [or degrees, minutes & seconds]. II. Mil Grid Reference [8 characters alphanumeric, eg MT245369] based on Secondary coordinates Sys of DGN provided by CAMS without giving parameters from external source. Inaccuracies in GR readout on raster and vector maps are not acceptable. Able to handle maps of two adjacent grid zones without any errors in GR readout. (b) Interactive 2D map display with following I. Selected raster layers II. Selected vector layers (c) Interactive 3D terrain model display with following I. DEM Data displayed in 3D as terrain model II. Selected raster layers mapped on underlying elevation model III. Selected vector layers draped on underlying elevation model IV. 3D models positioned on top of elevation model similar to Google Earth (d) Varying light intensity and sun angle for the DTM view (f) Support for level-of-detail based display. (g) Support for full-screen map display mode by hiding all menus and other widgets (h) Facility to change transparency of individual raster layers making them semi-transparent so that multiple layers can be displayed simultaneously (i) Support for 3D stereo display of map and terrain data in following modes: I. Anaglyph stereo II. Active Stereo III. Side-by-side stereo Usability/Interface (a) Map data interaction with mouse, keyboard as well as touch gestures (if available on display) (b) Intuitive data navigation supporting pan, zoom, tilt, rotate using Google Earth like manipulators (c) Support for advanced 3D manipulators including Globe Navigator, Walk, Fly and Drive (d) Support to display list of raster, vector and analysis layers using a tree-like view (e) Support to toggle the display of individual layers directly using the tree view (f) Support for reordering the display of individual layers by dragging the layers to the desired position in the tree view (g) Support for GeoJump to a layer/element directly from the tree view by double-clicking on the element (h) Support for showing the view orientation using a digital compass widget displayed along with the map (i) Auto adjustment of size of polygons, lines and points on changing viewer position. (j) Interactive map sheets display with highlightingand display of map sheet number. (k) Interactive display of symbols and information retrieval on selection. (l) Support for storing local application state as a workspace and retrieving it later. Workspace feature supports: i. Storing any number of raster and vector layers loaded to create a mosaic of maps ii. Displaying list of stored workspaces and allowing user to select and load a workspace iii. Support to display minimum 4 recent workspaces on the top (g) (h) (i) (j) (k) SpecCCTV(Outdoor)e-T2015 103 Seal and Signature of Tenderer
