Original catalogue of manufacturer should be provided in hardcopy of tender and dealer or marketing vendor's
Printed catalogue will not be acceptable.
All specifications mentioned in technical format of LUN should be available in catalogue of manufacturer. If any
specification is not available in the catalogue it should be mentioned in operational manual, which need to be
provided with the tender otherwise it will not be considered.
The machine(s)/Equipment shall be inspected after installation jointly by Purchasing Department and
agency mentioned in the supply order.
In one category the Tenderer must quote only one best suitable model, else the offer shall be liable for rejection.
All the documents must be self attested by the tenderer.
Please follow the instructions as mentioned in terms & conditions.
The machine(s) shall be supplied with all standard accessories.
Tenderers those are having Rate Contract with DGS&D or any other Government Department are required to
submit copy of the same with this tender offer. Tenderer quoting rates as Dealer on behalf of manufacturer should
submit certified copy of prevailing Dealer price/MRP along with tender.
The Tenderer shall also submit a self certified copy of Service Tax Registration for the authorized Service Centres
stated in the tender.
Any condition, other than specified in the tender, shall not be acceptable.
Packing and Transportation:The supplier shall provide such packing of the Goods as is required to prevent their damage or
deterioration during transit to their final destination as indicated in the contract. The packing shall be sufficient to
withstand, without limitation, rough handling during transit and exposure to extreme temperatures, salt and
precipitation during transit and open storage. The bidders shall cover transit insurance for value of the materials to
be transported. Each packing should include, packing list containing all details of hardware packed with serial Nos.
and quantity.
The successful bidders shall be responsible for transportation and installation of all the equipment at site. All
the ordered equipment will be transported, installed, and commissioned by the bidders. The bidders shall bear all
additional taxes (Toll Tax, RTO Tax etc.) during transportation.
Accessories: Detailed information / check list for necessary accessories to be supplied with the Equipment should
be provided to the purchaser.
Precautions:. All the tendering units must provide literature containing all precautions related with safety measures
during operation, preferably in Hindi.
Marking: Each packing shall be marked with the following
Manufacturers name and trade mark
Supplied through MPLUN
Demonstration: The tenderers are required to demonstrate the Equipment as and when asked by MPLUN at
desired location, at their own expenses, before opening of the price bid and the price bid of only those
products shall be opened which are found qualified in the demonstration.
The tenderer has to submit 10% PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE or as decided, value of supply order in
the form of BG/FDR with the Nigam or indenting department which will be released after Defect Liability
Period of one year, however the individual components shall have standard warranty / guarantee period as
per the specification mentioned below.
The tenderer must submit the Certification Sheet for all the certifications desired for individual item (as mentioned
in the certification sheet-'H'). The products without desired certifications shall not be considered for opening of
rates.
The Purchasing Deptt. shall make necessary arrangements for protection of installed system by Rodent or
unauthorized officials. Purchasing Deptt. shall be responsible for any damage/mal-functioning of the system due to
these reasons.
