The reject DTA message will change from the original DTA message mainly in terms of the following explained fields. The reason for rejection is written in the first 4 lines of the C extension record with identifier of the extension part as 02. If there is already some data in the extension part of the original DTA message it will be over written by this. So, the DTA standards suggest the customers to put the purpose of payment in the original record field C16 with the least text possible.
