Menu Commands
File Commands
File>New
The File>New menu command brings up the options of creating a
new:
•
Site
•
Graph or Table
•
Schedule
•
Schedule Task.
To create a new item:
1. Select File>New from the menu or click the
button on the Flowlink toolbar.

2. Choose an option and click OK to create the new item.
File>Open
File>Open displays a window where you can select the type of file
to be opened. These options include:
•
Site
•
Graph/Table
•
Scheduled Time
•
Schedule Task.
To open an item:
1. Select File>Open from the menu or click the
button on the Flowlink toolbar.
Open
2. Select the type of file to open. The right side of the Open
window will display a list of items that correspond to
your choice.
3. Highlight an item from the list.
4. Click OK to open the file.
File>Close
File>Close from the Flowlink menu closes the active window.
File>Save
File>Save from the Flowlink menu or the
toolbar saves the data in the active window.
File>Save As
Select File>Save As from the Flowlink menu to save the data
under a different name.
