DRAWER OPEN FOR TOO LONG
Cause: One or more drawers have been left open or ajar for an
extended period.
Solution: Make sure all doors are tightly closed.
Cause: Magnetic switches in the back of the drawer have failed
or become misaligned.
Solution: Call bioMérieux.
Cause: Fault in the drawer interface cable or printed board.
Solution: Call bioMérieux.
Cause: Fault in the Controller or Combination Module printed
circuit board.
Solution: Call bioMérieux.

DRAWER AGITATION FAILURE
Cause: Mechanical failure in the agitation linkage.
Solution: Call bioMérieux.
Cause: Agitation motor either disconnected or inoperative.
Solution: Call bioMérieux.
Cause: Fault in rack #1 (for left facing drawer) or rack #3 (for
right facing drawer).
Solution: Call bioMérieux.
