4.1.17 4.1 Analysis Preparation 8-Port Sampler Measurement Sealing the Container with Parafilm 1. 2. Cut a piece of Parafilm to size according to the size of the sample vessel opening. 3. Press the overlapping portions of the Parafilm around the neck of the opening. Insert the tip of the sampling tube into the vessel, cover the opening with the prepared Parafilm, and seal the opening of the vessel, stretching the Parafilm over the edges.
