Changing the display properties setting

Right-click anywhere on your desktop and select Properties.
The Display Properties dialog box appears.

Click the Settings tab.

Slide the Screen area slider bar toward Less until the setting
reads 640 x 480.

Click Apply, then OK.
Direct video output to television

Click Advance button.

Select Twin view tab.

Click Output device button.

Choose Select output device.

Click on TV option.

In Format, select NTSC-n.

Click Apply.
