Frequently Asked Questions Questions
Answers
Q1. Why does my Ipad say ‘Access denied’? A1. If you have not worked on the Ipad for any
length of time you will automatically be logged out
of the Albatros system. Simply log back in again.
Q2. What do I do if I have entered a player’s A2. Simply go back to the applicable group and
score incorrectly?
change the wrong score. ‘Save and Exit’.
Q3. Do I have to write the players scores down A3. It is not absolutely essential to do this. The
on the scorer’s sheet?
scores can be entered directly into the IPad but it
must be remembered that one does not wish to
hold the players up in any way and if connectivity
is slow it may be better to record the scores. Also,
if for some reason you lose Internet connection or
connection to the server, scores will need to be
recorded until connectivity is restored.
Q4. What do I do if I have accidently got out of A4. You can usually get back onto a specific page
the page I was on?
by clicking on the tabs at the top. Alternatively go
back to the home screen and select the Green
Albatros Icon. Login again.
