4.3.1.1 Importing Outlook® Contacts Outlook® must be running in order to import its contact data to the Phonemanager 3 address book. Select File > Import... from the menu of the Phonemanager 3 and choose Import Adressbook from Outlook. Then, select the sort order, by which the Outlook® contacts are to be imported.
