Chapter 8 - Sunrise You have three options to convert the transaction. Entering a Memo Number - this will process the quote as a Renewal. This will take you back to the Policy Transaction screen. Refer to Processing in Chapter 2 for details on how to process from this screen. Click on Convert to a Quote - this will take you into the Client Quotation screen. Refer to Processing in Chapter 2 for details on how to process from this screen. Click on Convert to a New Policy - this will take you into the New Policy screen.
