is in conformity with the requirements and provisions of the following
directives: Machinery Directive 89/392/EEC and directive 98/37/EU
supplementing it, as well as Directive on Electromagnetic
Compatibility 89/336/EEC, amended with directives 92/31/EEC and
93/68/EEC.
Before implementation of the product, the installation firm (fitter)
shall affirm that the fitting conforms to to the requirements of the
above directives as concerns fitting the product to a truck, tractor or
other chassis and, in so far as the above is concerned, a new
declaration of conformity must be made and a CE marking attached.
