Waters Medical Systems (WMS) technicians and clinical support staff are available 24 hours per

Returning Equipment
Should a customer need to return a device for maintenance, or request a replacement disposable
part, please contact us using the 24 Hour Support Number. Please return any disposable part that
needs to be replaced to WMS for inspection.
Many questions can be answered by telephone and we suggest customers call before shipping a
device or part to WMS. If you believe you need to return your instrument to WMS, call
Customer Service for a return #and shipping information. Return the WAVES to WMS in the
original shipping packaging. The original packaging will minimize delays and shipping damage.
It is strongly recommended the WAVES be insured for full purchase price in case of damage or
loss. Waters is not responsible for return shipping charges, damage, or loss. All parcels should be
shipped to our Rochester street address.
CAUTION: Federal law restricts this device to sale by or on the order of a physician.
