magnetic flow meter, or move magnetic
flow meter.

Decrease flow rate below 10 ft/s.
Consult factory.
Styrofoam or other insulating
particles in process.
Use replaceable electrodes
Downsize flowtube to increase flow rate
above 3 ft/s. Periodically clean
flowtube.

Move the flowtube to another location
in the process line to ensure that it is full
under all conditions.
