Glossary
TQFP (Thin quad flat package)
A family of integrated circuit packages for surface mounted assembly. This type of
package has a square, flat shape and pins on all four sides.
TTL (Transistor to transistor logic)
A bipolar technology where a transistor output is connected directly to the transistor
input of the next stage, rather than connecting through a resistor or diode.
