Multiplicator
0 to 63
This defines what multiplicator multiplies
the time base to obtain the required cycle
time of the I/O link port.
Time base
0 = multiplicator * 0.1ms
1 = 6.4 ms + multiplicator * 0.4 ms
2 = 32 ms + multiplicator * 1.6 ms
3 = 134.4 ms + multiplicator * 6.4 ms
This defines what time base is used to
calculate the cycled time.
