CAUSE: The Rotation feature is enabled when programming Book Copy.
SOLUTION: To properly program the Book Copy feature, perform the following:
1. Select Rotation Off.
2. Select Application.
3. Select Book Copy and deselect Non-Image Area Erase and Auto Layout.
4. Press OK twice.
5. Select Staple Sort.
6. Select Output Application, 2 staples on 8.5x11.
7. Place the original book Front cover on the platen and press Start.
8. Display indicates 'Place original book on platen and --Back Cover --'. Press Start.
9. Display indicates 'Scan Originals'. Press Start.
10. When finished with the pages of the book, deselect STORE and press Start. Book pages should begin to print and staple.

CAUSE: The binding mode in OUTPUT APPLI is set to UP BINDING instead of RIGHT/LEFT BINDING.
SOLUTION: To set the binding mode to RIGHT/LEFT BINDING, perform the following:
1. Press OUTPUT APPLI on the touchscreen.
2. Select RIGHT/LEFT BINDING and press OK.

CAUSE: Home position sensor (PS61) information is not being interpreted by the SCDB.
