Description
How to reset the Key Operator (admin) password.
Solution
To reset the Key Op password, perform the following:
1. Enter the 25 mode.
2. Select #6, Password Setting.
3. Select "Key operator password (4 digits)".
4. Enter a new password using the numeric key pad.
5. Press OK and then exit the 25 mode.

The specification indicates that 50 sheets can be stapled, but the machine does not allow more than 35 sheets to be stapled.
Solution
CAUSE:
Incorrect soft switch settings.
SOLUTION:
To enable the machine to staple 50 sheets, perform the following:
1. Enter the "25" service mode.
2. Select DIP switch settings.
3. Change switch 15, bit 1 to off.
4. Change switch 15, bit2 to off.
5. Exit the service mode.
