schools and libraries have been wired. The Net Day volunteers have wonderful stories to tell about
a successful effort, a time of people coming together for a purpose that would benefit their children
and their community’s children, and promises to get more involved in education.
Every community must address issues regarding equity of access. Schools do not have to do it
alone. Businesses, community colleges, universities, nonprofit organizations, and many other
entities are happy to get involved in a positive effort to work and share in building a global
community.
