UTILITY COMMANDS
Utility Commands are used to perform housekeeping functions of System Databases. Commands
provided include backing up transaction and system data, as well as restoring corrupted database.

BACKUP
Backup command is used to backup System Databases and Door Transactions. Upon entering this
command, the following screen appears :

Backup Door Transaction
For backing up door transactions, you need to check the Door Transactions checkbox. Then, enter the
data filter at the From and To text boxes. Dates must be entered in DD/MM/YY format. Lastly, enter
the backup file name at Save To text box. You must enter the file name with full path. After these data
have entered, click the “Backup” button to start the backup operation.
