Troubleshooting Introduction 8 Troubleshooting 8.1 Introduction The FLIGHT 60 Ventilator is used in life-support situations. As such, it is essential that all individuals using the FLIGHT 60 Ventilator, including clinicians and support staff, have a thorough understanding of its operation. This should include a working knowledge of the ventilator's pneumatic and electronic systems. The following practical troubleshooting section is provided as a training resource for individuals learning how to use the FLIGHT 60 Ventilator, and as a reference tool for those already familiar with its use and operation. It should be noted that this outline is not all inclusive, and is intended only as a guide. HOME CAREGIVERS: Contact your Homecare Dealer, physician, or FLIGHT MEDICAL if you have questions or concerns about the performance of the FLIGHT 60 Ventilator. Only properly trained personnel should operate the ventilator.
