Cement, Kiln feed, Limestone, Sandstone, Gypsum, Iron ore, dolomite, Concrete, Mortar etc. 2. Industrial waste materials such as Flyash, Slag, mine waste, aggregates, etc. Model: Sequential wavelength dispersive X ray fluorescence spectrometer ( Fully Computerised ). Should not require external water chiller. Elements to be analysed:Na11U92specifically to Na, Mg, Al, Si, P, S, Cl, K, Ca, Fe in raw materials and cement. Additionally Mn, Ti, Pb, Zn, Ba, Cd, Cr, Hg etc. Accuracy and precision: Should meet criteria laid as per ASTM–C–114 and ISO- 29581-2. Automatic sample changer: To hold 8 or more sample in powder press pallet or fused glass bead form. Optics: Wavelength Dispersive with high sensitivity, resolution and high speed. H.T Generator: Power of 200 W or more &air cooled.Stability against fluctuation to be stated X- Ray Tube: Suitable target for analytical requirement as stated in 1 and 2 of primary application.End window. Spectrometer: 1. Vacuum path. 2. Sample size of 30 mm to 40 mm. 3. Measurement time to be <15 min. 4. Samplehandling capability of such as solid, powder pallet and glass fused bead. 5. Sample inlet of air lock system type 6. Sample rotation of ~ 30 rpm ( pls. specify) 7. Goniometer which is θ/2θ independent drive mechanism with high angular reproducibilty. 8. Crystal changer ofminimum 3 position, bidirectional and automatic. 9. Cabinet Temperature stability and it details to stated. 10. Detectors: Scintillation counter and flow proportional counter. 11.
