After downloading, open the file and follow the instructions:

Trackstick Manager requires the Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0. If this is already installed on your computer, this step will be skipped and you will be forwarded to the next one. If not, then it is recommended that you select to install it and follow the steps that appear onscreen. After it’s
completion, you will be automatically returned to the installation of Trackstick Manager.
