The S&H KBD position of the SOURCE selector
does not produce triggers! In this mode, the contour
generators may be triggered by the keyboard,
independent of the rate of sampling. Continue
exercise:
2. Place the SOURCE selector to S&H KBD. Sound
is not self-triggering.
3. Hold down any key. Release, hold again. The
keyboard is triggering the contour generators.
The MODULATION section continues to create
control signals. You will hear sound only when
the contour generators are triggered by the
keyboard.

External triggers may be routed to the
Multimoog via either the S-TRIC INPUT or S-TRIG
OUTPUT on the rear panel (see OPEN SYSTEM
section of this manual).
