13. What should I do if I see stuttering video when I watch live
TV or record video to my PC?
Answer
Frame dropping is typically a result of a hardware component running slowly,
possibly due to improper configuration. Please try the following:
Check that Direct Memory Access mode is enabled for your IDE hard drive to
improve transfer speeds and lower CPU utilization.
Close any running (background) programs that are not being used.
De-fragment your hard drive (it is recommended that you do this at least once a
month).
If you are using an antenna to receive an over-the-air TV signal, please make sure the
signal is strong and the antenna is capable of delivering a good signal.
Update your video card drivers to the latest version available from your video card
manufacturer’s website.

14. There is no picture when playing a DVD in Windows Media
Player. I already have the NVIDIA PureVideo decoder
installed.
