“Dual mode” allows you to connect to a V.90 or K56flex capable Internet Service Provider
(ISP) without having to change your modem settings or software. This is because the Modem
Blaster automatically knows which 56K standard to use. For modems that support V.90
standard only, connecting to a V.90 capable ISP is necessary.
