Do you think that the domain you have chosen is appropriate for learning
support with APOSDLE? [Please give reasons for your answer]
Absolutely yes, role of "learning" is important especially within EADS IW. Finding,
Applying and Creating new knowledge is part of Electromagnetic Simulation job.
Target group expected to continuously learn / keep up to date with new
developments. The simulation activities, as predictive and virtual-oriented
capabilities, are more and more often used, to support numerous business activities.
Broadly speaking, the training or learning management system should supports
developing and maintaining the right range of skills and competences needed for the
EM Simulation Domain ‘jobs. Tasks that employees in the target group are
performing are crucial to the success of success and safety of the products then as a
consequence of the company!
