01/2008 Overview of Alarms SINAMICS-Alarms Remedy: 240845 - check the DRIVE-CLiQ wiring (interrupted cable, contacts, ...). - check the electrical cabinet design and cable routing for EMC compliance - if required, use another DRIVE-CLiQ socket (p9904). - replace the component involved. <location>CX32 DRIVE-CLiQ: Cyclic data transfer error Drive object: All objects Reaction: OFF2 Acknowledge: IMMEDIATELY Cause: A DRIVE-CLiQ communications error has occurred between the Control Unit and the controller extension involved. Fault value (r0949, interpret hexadecimal): 0B: Synchronization error during alternating cyclic data transfer. Remedy: Carry out a POWER ON. The DRIVE-CLiQ component did not set the sign of life to the Control Unit. Fault value (r0949, interpret hexadecimal): 0A: The sign-of-life bit in the receive telegram is not set. Remedy: Upgrade the firmware of the component involved. 240860 <location>CU DRIVE-CLiQ: Telegram error Drive object: All objects Reaction: OFF2 Acknowledge: IMMEDIATELY Cause: A DRIVE-CLiQ communications error has occurred between the Control Unit and the controller extension involved. Fault value (r0949, interpret hexadecimal): 11: CRC error and the receive telegram is too early. 01: CRC error. 12: The telegram is shorter than that specified in the length byte or in the receive list and the receive telegram is too early. 02: Telegram is shorter than specified in the length byte or in the receive list. 13: The telegram is longer than that specified in the length byte or in the receive list and the receive telegram is too early. 03: Telegram is longer than specified in the length byte or in the receive list. 14: The length of the receive telegram does not match the receive list and the receive telegram is too early. 04: The length of the receive telegram does not match the receive list. 15: The type of the receive telegram does not match the receive list and the receive telegram is too early. 05: The type of the receive telegram does not match the receive list. 16: The address of the controller extension in the telegram and in the receive list does not match and the receive telegram is too early. 06: The address of the controller extension in the telegram and in the receive list do not match. 19: The error bit in the receive telegram is set and the receive telegram is too early. 09: The error bit in the receive telegram is set. 10: The receive telegram is too early. Remedy: - carry out a POWER ON. - check the electrical cabinet design and cable routing for EMC compliance - check the DRIVE-CLiQ wiring (interrupted cable, contacts, ...).
