Advanced Account Deposit – Request
This service enables you to top-up your advance deposit account online
1. Go to Request > Adv Cash Deposit
Note: system shows you available balance
2. Specify the amount you wish to deposit. Advance deposit amount should be in the
range from 100 to 100000.
3. Type your remarks (if any).
4. Click on Proceed to Pay

Note: ensure pop-up blocker is turned off
Go to Tools > Pop-up Blocker
After you click on agree, system redirects you to the selected payment page

a. Credit Card (Master Card)

Enter card number, expiry date, and the verification code then click on Pay
Note: after clicking on Pay; wait until you are redirected back to Dubai Trade.

System confirms that transaction was completed successfully and gives the e-Receipt
number
b. Credit Card (Visa)

Enter card number, expiry date, and the verification code then click on Pay

System confirms that transaction was completed successfully and gives the e-Receipt
number
c. Direct Debit (CBD > e-Debit)

Enter the User ID and Password then click on login
Note: Do not forget to press the Return to Dubai World link on the confirmation page of the
Bank.

System confirms that transaction was completed successfully and gives the e-Receipt
number.

d. Direct Debit (EBI > e-Wallet)

Enter the User ID and Password then click on login
Note: after clicking on Pay; wait until you are redirected back to Dubai Trade.
