Each setting has a range of 0 to 256. When the joystick is in the neutral
position, these numbers should all be 128. The number for each function
should vary as that function is moved from close to 0 to close to 255; but not
change direction.

Actual shows the values of the pan, tilt, and zoom at the present joystick

Auto Zero

The Auto_Zero sends out data to electronically center the pan, tilt, and
zoom positions of the SmartScan unit (control camera on JPD-100/P) at the
present location. This function should be executed with the joystick in its
neutral position. This function is executed automatically on power-up.
