FrontClerk for Windows User Documentation Front Desk Telephone Listing The Front Desk Telephone Listing is a report that shows a listing of each guest that is currently checked into a room. By double clicking on this guest, you can quickly retrieve guest data and edit it, or duplicate and create a new reservation. (See Chapter 1 Section 1) The check boxes note any guest that is currently a part of a group. Use the Show Checked Out Guest check box to show all guests that were checked out today. 21
