New York Approved Tests
The New York Approved Tests application is part of the ARUP Connect
applications available to ARUP clients on the Internet. You can access this feature by
logging in to ARUP Connect using your user name and password, and then selecting
NY Approved Tests from the Order Management menu. The following window
is displayed. Here you can search for a specific test or view a list of all New York
Approved tests.
Note: You will need to call ARUP Client Services for information on New York
approved HIV testing.
Find a Test
In the Test Number or Mnemonic field type the number or mnemonic of the test
you want to look up and then click Check Status. The test number and name are
displayed along with a message saying either "Not NY Approved" or "NY DOH
Approved" as seen in the following example.

View All NY Approved Tests
To see a list of all tests that are NY Approved, click the link List all NY Approved
Tests. The list is displayed as seen in the next example. You can sort the list by test
number, mnemonic, or test name by clicking on any of those column headings.
Click any individual test name listed to view the online Test Directory for that test.
Print All NY Approved Tests
To print the complete list, select File > Print from the menu at the top of the
window.

View Online Test Directory
Click on any individual test name listed to view the online Test Directory
information for that test. Close the Test Directory window to return to the New
York Approval window.
