Edit Mappings
Once a Form has been Mapped to a SQL Table, the mappings can be edited. This may become necessary for example if a new field is added to the SQL Table
and a new Form Field is created to collect the new data. In cases like this either the new SQL Table Field will need to allow Nulls or the new column must be
populated with default values.
